Payment
The payment terms for B2B transactions are 2 % discount for payments received within 10 days, or 30 days net. For web shop orders, payment should be made as per the payment terms stated. Unless otherwise agreed, all payments are settled in Euros.
Delivery period
The delivery period for standard products is approximately one to two weeks within placement of order. The delivery period for custom-made products is individually agreed in writing.
Custom-made products
The delivery time for custom-made products is agreed upon in writing and normally is approximately four weeks within placement of order.
Shipping
Delivery is ex works Stemwede-Levern. KKC will bear the shipping costs if no fixed shipping charges have been agreed. No cash discount can be granted for shipping costs.
